The Finca "Can Joanni" is situated in the South of the Island of Ibiza, near to the village of "Sant Josep". Thanks to its location on the hillside high above the "Benimusa" Valley, it benefits from an exceptional outlook. In fact, one would have to be a poet or at least advertising copywriter to describe the beautiful valley, the view far into the distance and the unusual calm.
In the early morning you may hear the cocks and other feathered friends and occasionally at night, the distant barking of dogs in the valley. Otherwise, all around is peace and quiet. The hustle and bustle of tourism seems far, far away. Even the neighbours are peaceful !
It has the advantage of being off the beaten track, yet still within easy reach of beaches, shopping facilities and the airport, which are only a short distance away.

All that is missing are the chickens and goats.
Relaxation is also catered for : After some energetic gardening, what could be more appealing than a refreshing dip in the pool and relaxing on the terrace. The garden, with its terraces and a tiled swimming pool ( 10 m x 4 m), has been conceived to integrate harmoniously with the sloping landscape and benefit from its southern exposure. The poolhouse, with its built-in barbecue and covered dining area - conveniently situated beside the wine cellar - provides a charming setting in which to enjoy the culinary pleasures of outdoor living. All this, combined with Ibiza's ideal climate, makes it possible to enjoy the pleasures and activities of outdoor life throughout the whole of the year (or almost...)
It is also a paradise for dogs : the 5000 m² piece of land is completely fenced in and owing to the altitude there is no danger of contracting leishmaniasis.
